About

Willans Woodcraft Ltd are a Pattern Makers and bespoke woodwork company, specialising in making high quality Patterns for the castings industry. The company was formed in 2015 and is owned and operated by Andrew and Elaine Willans.

History

Andrew is an Apprentice trained Pattern Maker, he started his apprenticeship in 1984 with Johnson Radley Iron Foundry in Pudsey. During his time working in the industry, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience in the manufacture of high quality patterns and undertaken a wide range on custom joinery projects.

Services

Alongside the core business of pattern making, Willans Woodcraft also creates custom and reproduction theatre organ parts and components. Willans have made many replacement Wurlitzer parts and components to help restore vintage organs and instruments across the world.

We work with a wide range of companies across a variety of sectors, our patterns can be found in foundries in the Aerospace, Automotive, Foundries, Audio Technology, Marine, Military and defence, Oil gas and water & Rail industries.

We are able to make precision patterns from drawings, an existing pattern or reverse engineer and existing product.
