Foundry Patterns
Willans Woodcraft design and manufacture a range of traditional patterns for the foundry industry. We specialise in wooden and composite pattern equipment manufactured from 2D drawings.
We work closely with our clients to deliver a product to exacting standards to ensure the cast item meets the requirements.
Willans Woodcraft also offer a pattern design service, this means we can help realise your idea into a functioning pattern from which to produce a casting.
Additionally, we offer a pattern modification and repair service; this allows you to re-use an existing pattern should a change be made to the design of the product.
If required we can visit your site to repair patterns that may be too large or expensive to transport to our workshops.
